Need to cancel an order? No worries, we completely understand and will do our best to catch it before our warehouse ships it out! Please send us an email with your order number in the subject line and "Cancelation Request" over at customercare@explorethousand.com.
If you are not located in the U.S. please note that there is a time difference between our international warehouse and we will try our best to accomodate your request.
